[TF-TD] Meeting minutes

Dear TD members,

please find the meeting minutes of Wednesday's web meeting at the TD wiki page [1]. Based on the meeting you will also find the scope of the TDL task force. Please note that the next meeting will be at 20th of May 1am CEST. That time we will have some technical- and project-based presentations that may be relevant for the TD topic and we can may be work on. A draft agenda will be distributed in the next few days.
