In addition, there are too many IoT UCs already collected from other SDOs. 

* ETSI M2M use cases [1] 
* oneM2M Use Cases collection [2] 
* OIC Use Cases - currently in development 
* Top 50 IoT use cases [3] 

I think we need to reference it and need more focus on web specified use cases.

They cover  many of those topics you mention, plus some for e-science.
