[IG-SP] Inputs for Security&Privacy Requirements Catalogue and Mechanism Candidates

Hello,
the Wiki pages "Requirements Catalogue" and "Mechanism Candidates" in the security&privacy section provide initial contents now - see:

o       I elaborated one mechanism in each of the use case clusters "Things Authentication", "Things Autorization" as well as "Secure Communications"
o       Pick the one you are most interested in when you want to do a review
We'll be considering these proposals in the next [IG-SP] conf call. Please have a quick look before the call if possible. Please also note that -for now-  these proposals aim at laying-out the proposed structure (giving all details that we might want to give is another later step). Also please note that I use the string "TODO" to refer to open points requiring further consideration/elaboration. I suggest to adopt this convention (taken from Java programming conventions) consistently during the security&privacy contents elaboration.
