Dave-san,

Have you fixed agenda for guest speakers on the first day of F2F meeting in Sunnyvale?
If not, I want to recommend our coworker who attends IIC meeting and manages Fujitsu’s activities. She has interested in speaking with this group.
She will be able to join our meeting after 3pm of that day. If possible, please schedule this.

Subject: Reminder to register for upcoming face to face meetings

We have three face face meetings coming up, and to help us with planning we need you to register as soon as possible. The first is in Prague in the Czech Republic for a join meeting with the Internet Research Task Force and takes place over the weekend of July 18 and 19 at the start of a week of IETF meetings. The second will be the Interest Group face to face in Sunnyvale, California, where we expect to make strong progress on many aspects of our work. The third will be the W3C all groups meeting (TPAC), which this year is being held in Sapporo, Japan. Some of us expect to then stay in Japan to attend IETF meetings the following week in Yokohama.

Please register as soon as you can if you plan on attending the meetings:
