[TF-TD] Meeting minutes (joint thing description and discovery task forces)

Dear TD and WoT members,

Attached you find the slides from Soumya Datta about the current status about the TF-DI and my slides about the TF-TD. Many thanks about your input about the TD model. For the next web meeting a new version will be prepared.
