Hi James,

That sounds very interesting as we would welcome to hear about the OWASP work on IoT Security. I am copying Oliver Pfaff who leads the WoT IG security task force, and Joerg Heuer, the WoT IG Chair. If you co-work agrees, I will add him/her to the lists of invited guests.

Best regards,

    Dave

Can you clarify what constitutes an invited guest? I have a coworker who is the lead on the OWASP IoT projecthttps://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Internet_of_Things_Top_Ten_Project

I know he would be interested in speaking with the group.

Thanks,
Jim

First of all, our apologies for the time it has take to finalise the arrangements for the second face to face meeting for the Web of Things Interest Group.

Fujitsu have kindly agreed to host us for a three day meeting at their campus facility in Sunnyvale, California on 29th to 31st July 2015.

Venue: 1250 E Arques Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, United States

Please register as soon as possible using the form at:

A list of suggested hotels can be seen on the logistics page at:

We’re looking for agenda suggestions, especially from task force leads. We invite people to give demonstrations during the first day, which will also be open to invited guests.

There will also be a joint meeting with the IRTF in Prague on July 18-19, and Joerg will be sending out an email with the details for that shortly.

In addition, W3C would like you to register for TPAC 2015, where many of the W3C groups will be holding co-located face to face meetings in Sapporo, Japan during the week of 26-30 October 2015. We plan to have our third Web of Things Interest Group face to face on Thursday and Friday. A few of us are also likely to stay on in Japan for the IETF meeting in Yokohama, the following week.

Looking forward to seeing most of you in California!
