Introducing myself, CTIC

Dear all,

I'm sorry for the delay sending my introduction. I’m Miguel Ángel
Fernández. I work for CTIC [1], a Spanish technological center, that is
deeply involved in Web standards, and is the host of the Spanish W3C
Office. Currently we are working on Internet of Things field, mainly
related to Big Data generated by wireless sensors networks mostly focused
on the energy field. At this moment, we are developing a generic lambda
architecture to manage and aggregate real time information generated by
heterogeneous devices. Due to this fact, now we are facing the challenge to
develop a common protocol that allows a generic operation. Furthermore, we
are trying to develop a layer which could be able to deliver all the
aggregated information following a standard way.

We are so grateful to have the opportunity to take part in this group with
well-known companies and high reputation entities, and to be able to share
our knowledge and to learn as much as we could from this group.

By now, we are trying to catch up the methodology and structure of the
group and to find our place to contribute and start going to the meetings.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any question about CTIC
work.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
