Posts on Sophia and Montreal meetings

I’ve made a couple of blog posts on the IG web page summarising the Sophia Antipolis and Montreal face to face meetings.

I’ve worked with Daniel on refining the messages from Montreal as a basis for single sided fliers for managers and developers, and am now thinking about ideas for a supplemental white paper 

I’ve posted a proposed roadmap for rechartering the IG. This aims to have us rechartered by the time we get to Beijing, but calls for a very tight schedule for finishing the charter.

p.s. working on github pull requests for the IG charter proved tricky as the user experience is complicated and error prone. I suspect that requiring pull requests raised the bar for contributions rather high as we only got PRs from a tiny number of people.
