We've not updated our load algorithm implementation in about a year, there will no doubt be other places where we're non-compliant. We've got an existing bug on file to update the load algorithm: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485288 Walking on water and developing software from a specification are easy if both are frozen.
