Hi,
   In the current work for Web Forms 2.0 (and in the latest call for 
comments 2005-01-28), sections 6. "Fetching data from external 
resources" and 6.2. "Seeding a form with initial values", both have the 
same id attribute (id="seeding") in the markup, and thus the same 
fragment identifiers for the links in the ToC.  It is just a minor 
validation error, but it also breaks the links for those sections.
