W3C TPAC Meeting in November

This November there will be a W3C TPAC meeting in the Bay Area. I find a 
provisional meeting on Thursday & Friday for a WebVR WG. I think that is 
a reference to the Charter posted yesterday by Dominique. Is this 
Community Group going to schedule a time? If so, should the block also 
include the DeclarativeVR Community Group?
