WebVR samples have moved

Just an FYI, in case anybody is depending on the URLs: I've moved the WebVR
samples that were hosted at https://github.com/toji/webvr-samples to
the webvr.info
repo <https://github.com/toji/webvr.info>. (I've also switched webvr.info
to host it's github pages from the master branch instead of gh-pages) This
is a pretty minor change in the grand scheme of things, but will help with
things like enabling that page for origin trials and giving the individual
samples an easier to remember URL. If you've got something that was
depending on the old URLs you'll want to update that soon. (Old page will
stay up for a few days then I'll change it over to a redirect.)
