Something new on the homepage of CanIWebView - webcompat.dev

Hello everyone,

There is a little thing I'd like to share with you.

I realized it took me quite some time to understand how we get all this
data and documentation on web compat and how everything connects. That's
why I hacked together the site webcompat.dev <https://webcompat.dev>. It
shows many of the tools and resources we have to check out compat data
for the web. Please check it out and open PRs if you want to add
something.

Additionally I added a new web component to caniwebview.com that shows a
little preview where CanIWebView sits in this landscape.

I'd like to make the homepage of CanIWebView easier to understand and
clear. If you have ideas please let me know.
