Good things ahead for WebViews ... let's continue after the summer break

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great summer so far. It's getting colder and
rainier here for me, therefore I'm more motivated to work on computer
stuff after work again. I also got some great news that drew me back
into WebView world and I can't wait to share it with you all.

To get things going again I'd like to resume the regular CG meetings and
would like to ask you to vote on the date and time for the September

 Jeffrey Yasskin took our comments on the TAG User Agent proposal and
addressed them in a PR <https://github.com/w3ctag/user-agents/pull/21>.
Let's check it together with Jeffrey, if we have any additional remarks.
