WebView Community Group: Overview of current initiatives

Hi everyone,

Following our latest meeting (minutes <https://github.com/WebView-
CG/meetings/blob/main/2024/2024-02-23.md>), we're excited to dive into
two initiatives within the WebView Community Group. This is a short
summary to point you to the right places to get engaged.

1. WebView Compat Data: We are driving an initiative to measure
compatibility between WebViews across the ecosystem. Head over to this
repository <https://github.com/WebView-CG/Compatibility-Data-Project>
and share your thoughts and suggestions on data collection methods and
specific compatibility aspects to focus on.

2. WebView survey: We are planning a survey to get some data about the
usage and problems of WebViews.

 *  Share your ideas for questions and potential answer options by
    submitting a pull request to this repository
    <https://github.com/WebView-CG/webview-survey>.
 *  Help identify target audiences: If you have ideas for specific user
    groups we should target, submit an issue outlining the relevant
    audience, suitable questions, and potential survey distribution
    methods.
