Why not simply move them a few hours later, say to 0600 PT (which would be 0900 ET, 1400 UTC and 2200 Japan)?   That is a common time for cross-geo meetings.

Is there a reason that all the choices favor those in the UK/EU?  Shouldn’t there also be options that favor NA/SA and some that favor APAC?
