Resolutions

  * Adopt the WICG document (currently at https://github.com/w3c/webtransport) as a W3C Working Draft, pending Call for Consensus.
  * Editors: Bernard Aboba (Microsoft), Yutaka Hirano (Google), Victor Vasiliev (Google)
Actions

  * Will: Do doodle poll between two options:
     * Single meeting time that never changes (6am/7am Pacific aka 10pm/11pm Japan)
     *   Alternating US/APJ and US/EU meetings
  * Will: Upload password-protected recordings to YouTube, so people who miss a meeting can watch it later.
  * Will: File issue on github on having stream.getWriter() instead of stream.writeable.getWriter()
  *   Yves: Set up W3C #slack https://w3ccommunity.slack.com<https://w3ccommunity.slack.com/>
  * Jan-Ivar: Refine “Time Synchronized Multimedia Web communications” use case to exclude singing, but mention HUD overlay from sensors.
  * Jan-Ivar: Post CfC on adoption of the WICG document as a W3C Working Draft.
  * Editors: update https://w3c.github.io/webtransport/ to new template (pending CfC?)
  * Editors: Modify “Editors” listed in https://w3c.github.io/webtransport/ to reflect new editors, with a “Former Editors” section to credit previous WICG editors (pending CfC?)
