The Call for Consensus (CfC) on Adoption of the WebTransport specification
as a Working Group deliverable has concluded.

All comments to the mailing list indicated support for adoption, so there
is consensus for adopting the specification as a Working Group deliverable.

This specification has been updated with the w3c template
https://w3c.github.io/webtransport
