It has been a pleasure to work on your brief and I hope that contained in these documents, is enough information to give you the confidence to make an informed decision and invest your budget with confidence.

The key point to consider when assessing our approach, is that we have designed a process and methodology to creating your new website that has longevity designed in the DNA of the website. By taking our 5 phased approach, this project will be delivered effectively and efficiently, ensuring that you have a partner at every step of the journey.

As mentioned in a previous email, site builds can range wildly from a cost perspective and we’re confident that whereas you may consider proposals that appear to be less costly. Ours will be the only proposal where the spend is relative to the value that you’re truly receiving from a longer term vision and to this point, we feel that the added value we’re bringing to the table in our proposal is imperative in delivering everything you have asked for and more.

It wasn’t clear to me from your timeframes what the next steps would be before you appoint an agency, but I would sincerely hope that we could have a phone call or even better, a face to face meeting to allow us to take you through our response and reassure you that we are the agency you need.
