Is this the general feeling or do you have other views? The more exploratory nature of the screen-less work would suggest the Community Group would be a better fit for this currently. After the WG kicks off, we should revise the CG charter as well, and this would be one possible CG deliverable to be added (along with related use cases and requirements, as usual).
