Re: Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish Media Capture and Streams as Candidate Recommendation Snapshot

It seems I missed the deadline but anyway, here it is:
I support publishing the current mediacapture-main as a CR Snapshot.

I also think we will need some additional substantive changes before going to PR to fix issues filed in GitHub, hence probably some additional CR snapshot(s).
