Re: Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish Media Capture and Streams as Candidate Recommendation Snapshot

I support publishing the current mediacapture-main as a CR Snapshot

Has it really been two years since the last CR snapshot? Time flies...

===================

Hi all,

This is a Call for Consensus to publish a Candidate Recommendation Snapshot
[1]
of the current Editor's Draft of Media Capture and Streams [2], to pick up
substantive changes that have been made over the last 2 years [4][5].

For your convenience, here is a diff of those changes:
https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2F2019%2FCR-mediacapture-streams-20190702%2F&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2F2021%2FCRD-mediacapture-streams-20210819%2F

Note: there are more changes than indicated by colors in the Table of
Contents (those colors are for changes to the text in the TOC itself, not a
guide to changes in the document).

Disclaimer: To not trip over formatting, the diff is against [3] which
visually represents the Editor's Draft modulo
https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/pull/815.

In response, please state one of the following:
- I support publishing the current mediacapture-main as a CR Snapshot
- I object to publishing the current mediacapture-main as a CR Snapshot,
due to issues filed in open bug <#number>.

This CfC will end on September 17th.

For the chairs,
