We are envisioning adding MediaDevices.selectAudioOutput/selectAudioOutputDevice and MediaDevices.setAudioOutput/setAudioOutputDevice.
We could consider updating HTMLMediaElement.setSinkId to HTMLMediaElement.setAudioOutput/setAudioOutputDevice
