Web Driver API dedicated to media capture

Hi,

At yesterday’s interim meeting, I presented a proposal for a Web Driver API around getUserMedia.
The proposal is currently hosted at https://youennf.github.io/media-capture-automation/media-capture-automation.html <https://youennf.github.io/media-capture-automation/media-capture-automation.html>.
This API would be useful for doing interop testing as well as website testing.
Several browser vendors expressed interest in that API, and I would like to work on moving this proposal to the WebRTC WG.

I am also interested in any feedback you may have on this proposal, as well as hearing about testing needs from WebRTC providers (around getUserMedia and/or WebRTC).
