Hi, This is a Call for Consensus to publish a revised Candidate Recommendation [1] of Media Capture and Streams, since the previous CR [2] is now rather behind the state of the Editors draft. [3] This new publication will contain substantive changes. The 'exit criteria' for this CR will not change (i.e. demonstrate implementation of each feature in at least two deployed browsers). If you object to publication, please respond by February 5th. Thank you.
