[webrtc-pc] Remove * at the end of links?

alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

== Remove * at the end of links? ==
there are half a dozen links in the spec that have '*' at the end.
find by grep '\*"' webrtc.html 

They don't seem to serve a purpose.
