Hi, WebRTC Stats has been published today as a Candidate Recommendation: https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/CR-webrtc-stats-20180703/ (following belatedly the WG decision to that effect back in March [1]). Congratulations to the editors (Varun and Harald) for bringing this forward!
