All,

we're glad to announce that Taylor Brandstetter is now part of the 
editing team for webrtc-pc.

Taylor has contributed with a large amount of PRs the last 1.5 years, 
and we think that having him being part of the editing team will allow 
him to contribute even more effectively to getting webrtc-pc ready to 
transit to CR in the first place and eventually to Rec, so we're really 
happy he is willing to do this.
