Asking developers for input on how they use ICE states.

Given the difficult with defining the "failed" ICE connection state and
when ICE is "done", I think it would be good to get input from application
developers about how they actually use the states and what they expect.

With the hope of getting some feedback, I just posted a message to

developers how they actually use the failed state (and other ICE states).

Is there any other forum that you know of where we can ask many developers
a question about how they use the API?
