No f2f in Prague in July - should we have one later in the summer?

Hi all,

based on the result of the Doodle poll we've decided to *not* have a f2f 
meeting in Prague in conjunction with the IETF meeting this summer.

We do however think that a f2f meeting between the IETF meeting (July 
19-24) and TPAC (October 26-30) could make sense. We could use the extra 
bandwidth to advance WebRTC 1.0 and to handle any outstanding items on 
"Media Capture and Streams" (which means that the meeting would also be 
a Media Capture TF meeting).

So, we'd like feedback on how people feel about a f2f in late August 
(later than that will get us quite close to TPAC). What are your thoughts?
