A new dated version of the Editors' draft is available.

Changes include:

* Update misleading local/RemoteDescription attribute text.

* Add RTCBundlePolicy.

* All callback-based methods have been moved to a legacy section, and
replaced by same-named overloads using Promises instead.

Please review and provide feedback.
