Agreed that it is non-technical, but we do have some ability to impact it. 

Every thing we add (however necessary) that delays the 1.0 spec also 
pushes back the day we can pressure Microsoft and Apple to deliver.

So when we evaluate a complex nice-to-have or minority case for inclusion in the spec,
lets remember that it will almost certainly be delaying this item.

So for myself, I'll hold off asking for a constraint to manage the camera auto focus.
