And who will take the effort of coding such a (open source) stack for
others to innovate and get money without wasting their time in doing
it?

Those projects exist or not, and some guys can decide to do it or not.
But others cannot request the existence of them. The way in which
those kind of projects born is by coding them, not by agreeing on the
need of them.
