No, AFAIK there is no way to select an output device for an 
HTMLMediaElement.

Allowing them to vary independently (instead of all being forced to use 
the same one) also poses interesting problems for AEC, and makes it hard 
to use the audio output clock as the global clock (to avoid resampling 
on output), so there's some definite costs to doing so.
