Note most of these I am going to vote for being in the first version. Some of them because I want them in for what I need to get done, and some of them because other people want them in for things they want to get done. The way we got to compromise position on many things was by agreeing to have the functionality both people needed and I do not want to reopen any of these comprises. I think the things that could be separated and put in a future extensions after 1.0 are the following. Note on most of these I think they should be in 1.0 1) Trickle ICE 2) Partial Offer / Answer 3) Simulcast 4) SVC 5) Screen/Application Sharing 6) Rehydration Cullen
