                CC: public-webrtc@w3.org
          Assignee: public-webrtc@w3.org
Summary: missing a reference for XMLHttpRequest in 4.1
                    Introduction
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows NT
          Reporter: eric.sun@huawei.com
          Hardware: PC

           Version: unspecified
         Component: WebRTC API

4.1 Introduction

An RTCPeerConnection allows two users to communicate directly, browser to
browser. Communications are coordinated via a signaling channel which is
provided by unspecified means, but generally by a script in the page via the
server, e.g. using XMLHttpRequest.

The XMLHttpRequest may have a reference(hyperlink) to below specification in
web app wg, and we need add a reference at B.Reference as below

[XMLHTTPREQUEST]
