RE: Push API FPWD

Hi,

This would be very useful for WebRTC and many other Web based apps especially in mobile devices, for the reasons outlined in <http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-isomaki-rtcweb-mobile>. See especially Sections 2 and 3.1.
