Push API FPWD

Hi,

A quick note that the WebApps Working Group published the first draft of
their Push API.
http://www.w3.org/TR/push-api/

Among other goals, that API should allow to “wake up” a Web app even
when no browser window is in use; WebRTC is specifically mentioned as a
use case for it.
