New Editor's draft out

All,

a new version of the draft is available: 
http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/webrtc.html (dated Oct 19th). We 
have not gotten around to create a dated version yet, but will soon.

The new version is almost identical to the previous one when it comes to 
the technical content - the main difference is that the "RTC" prefix has 
been added at some places.

The main difference is the document structure; sections have been moved 
around and grouped differently. We hope this will make the document 
easier to read and understand.
