Here's an idea for a compromise that might end up being to everyone's liking. Instead of blocklists, let's employ allowlists. We scope `CropTarget.fromElement()` to only receive `(HTMLDivElement or HTMLIFrameElement)` for the time being and later discuss how we can expand scope. Easier than tightening down.
