For the record, this is **at least** the third time we're discussing the issue of priority of constituencies. Previous occasions including: * The editors' meeting two weeks ago. * [This comment](https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-region/issues/17#issuecomment-1029418862)'s second half. (I believe this has also been discussed during the Working Group's Interim meetings.) Our discussions would be a lot more productive if we all pay attention to what others say.
