Where did the naming discussion on this land? The term "browsing context" has not been exposed to web developers in any web platform API so far, and it's a safe bet that web developers won't already know precisely what it is. If `navigator.mediaDevices.getCurrentBrowsingContextMedia()` is called in an iframe, does that simply reject, or what does it do? If it does capture the *top-level* browsing context, then the name wouldn't reflect that.
