to achieve the expected result.
Note, instead of signaling messages have the capability to write SPD ("offer"; "answer") to local filesystem and read JSON or plain text files using Native File System. Need to know to ordering and timing of the necessary calls re offering and answering and `icecandidate` and `negotiationneeded` events importance in the process.
