This *might* be the right place to do a more narrowly targeted version of this, but I suspect that we need a separate proposal.

Firefox has ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/67641/89962781-1dfd6f00-dc89-11ea-97ce-e79352011dae.png), which I agree is useful.

All that said, if we are exposing this sort of capability to the web, I don't see any way to avoid prompting if there is cross-origin content (iframes, images, background images, ...).
