jan-ivar has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc:

Fixes https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc/issues/2145.

This guards against `"have-remote-offer"`, `"have-local-pranswer"` and `"closed"`.
