I feel your pain, but I wonder, was ```{offerToReceiveAudio: false}``` ever defined to make the m-line say ```sendonly```? My recollection says the use of ```offerToReceiveX``` was only to make the offer contain an m-line of kind ```X``` even if there was no outgoing media of type ```X```.
