I don't think they will be very useful... ignoring attempts to set them SGTM while not creating too much hassle for ORTC compat I wondered about the stats case too. https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#streamstats-dict* has a ssrc where the ssrc may change in a subsequent call to getStats.
