Stefan and I have talked to Peter Saint-Andre, and he has agreed to step 
in and help us with the task of getting our documents finished.

In addition to his well known XMPP background, Peter has also been a 
professional editor at one time, so he brings a lot of skills to the table.

I've invited him to the next editors' call - we can't quite add him to 
the list yet, since Dom's working out the formal logistics of what his 
status is (invited expert or new W3C member company).
