Dan, Harald and Peter T met. Cullen had noted that stuff he had done for 
Priority was missing (enumerated settings). To be corrected in an 
updated PR (#259). Peter's list of PRs was gone through and discussed, 
but none was merged.

Another topic: TR templates update survey - Dan to take a look.

A couple of questions about the privacy and security stuff. And some 
things in the capabilities section (11.3 has some things about video 
width/height and capabilities that seem unclear).

Text about capabilities and constraints is very complex and hard to 
understand, but that's mostly due to the complexity of the problem.
