Given that Adam's on vacation, StPeter's been hit by other priorities,
and Stefan's on vacation, and Harald and Dan are in Prague intending to
talk about editor stuff on Friday, we'll relocate this week's editors'
call to be a F2F meeting between Harald and Dan, with Martin and Peter
Thatcher being invited to discuss their particular PRs.

This is an one-time move. Next week is as normal.

Harald (who will miss the next 2 calls due to vacation).
